I had to start with this one, as I have been playing for almost 3 years. Here you can talk about anything piano related.

I. LOVE. Piano!!!My teacher is going to have me learn the first movement of Grieg's piano concerto. It's a difficult song. This has made me realize that I'm entering the next level of piano-playing--it's getting more serious. It's exciting, and intimidating, and I'm like how will I ever do this, but it's mostly exciting.
Arsenii Mun (16 yrs) played it for the Cliburn Junior Piano Competition with an actual orchestra, and it was phenomenal. I'm not even close to that good, but it's sort of--no, very--inspiring. Anyway, you should look it up.
But piano is so amazing and awesome and fun and I LOVE IT SO MUCH and I'm so glad I watched Your Lie in April because that totally inspired me, and without it I wouldn't be where I am musically right now!!!
Yep.
Let's see. I've been playing piano for about 3 or 4 years now and the levels are getting harder and harder.
I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE MY OWN MUSIC! I HAVE MY OWN LYRICS, BUT I WANT MY OWN MUSIC!

I play the piano. And I love it.

Only piano players understand when you are too occupied to talk because you working on music.

Ahhhh piano will always have a special place in my heart <3 I've been playing for 14 years, but there is sooo much room for improvement. I really love to play soft, melancholy classical pieces.
I love music so much. It is basically my entire schedule.
I play piano and cello. I have taken piano lessons since I was 8 so I have technically played for 8 years I think. before I was taking lessons, I was playing the piano at my grandparents house and figuring out how to play songs by having heard them a couple of times. That's how I learned that I love Beethoven as well as the Harry Potter theme song.
I might start to give piano lessons soon and I really want to though I am busy.

I'm still in the learning phase. But i'm getting there. I'm mainly a throat player and everybody in my family plays an instrument.
My dad taught himself piano, accordion, and guitar when he was young, but he's best at piano and singing. He took lessons later on. All of my siblings learned piano but my second oldest sister quit at 14. Both of my sisters learned flute but haven't kept up with it and so did my mom. My whole family can sing pretty well, but I'm not the best at it :p so yeah, that's my musical background xD
I'm really not though xD I can sing on key and such, but I have the voice of a mouse. By that I mean, it is extremely quiet. :))
I can always relax when I play a piece on the piano
Well... my siblings love frozen, so I have been playing that a lot lately. (The movie sucks, but the songs are ok)
I liked the movie when it first came out, but now it's way overhyped. I still can't help but sing the songs whenever I hear them, though.

And I would gladly have u teach me LOL
It's not that hard, as long as you work hard and know the keys.
Meh. I dont think its hard. IV taught myself a few songs on my keyboard but that's about it. I want to be more professional
Skye wrote: "Apparently the piano is the hardest instrument...."Actually, the strings instruments are a lot harder. It takes a longer amount of time and practice to get the technique and sound right for violin.
