Paranormal experiences discussion

Are paranormal experiences an everyday occurrence or a once-in-a-lifetime event for those who have them?

I see them everyday. I am a natural born Medium. (I saw my grandfather and I described him perfectly to my dad. My grandfather died when my dad was 17, which was way before I was born.) I see figures in my house all the time. It is really normal for me.

You sound like my husband. He has the same ability. Studies have found that people who can see the dead have very sensitive brains/nervous systems. It tends to be inherited and there is some speculation that it may represent a evolution of the brain.

It's weird because no one else in my family has that ability. (not that I know of)

People can be reluctant to discuss it, or dismiss and forget what they do experience.
