( There ) is a prophecy, from the very beginning of magical history, that resonated through every generation - one that would change how the magics and humans lived forever. Lost through translation, the basic understanding of this prophecy was simple;

With five of mixed blood,
from earth and from tongue,
will come a time of chaos and confusion.
The blooded five will arise,
take the crown and restore peace
to the living and the dead.

The five siblings were born into the generation of prejudice, led by Stephen and Caroline Bernieres. Their powers are very weak, nothing compared to a full-blooded witch or wiccan. The children are orphans, having no idea of what became of their parents. All they knew was that they had each other - that was the most important thing.

King Xavier knew of this prophecy, and during his rule had forbidden the joining of any witch and wiccan. He decreed any child born of two magical races must be executed. Over the next 2 generations, a stigma arose barring the magical beings from inter-breeding with each other. The prophecy itself has faded and lost attention, though King Stephen is wary. What he doesn't know is that his worst nightmare is hiding right under his nose...
