I've had this book on my to-read shelf for a while but recently thought of reconsidering it. One reviewer (https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...) claimed it used fictionalized memoirs as the truth. Knowing Erickson from The Tsarina's Daughter, this does not surprised me, but all my friends who read it liked it so I don't know what to think.

I think I may have read this a long while ago but I have trouble remembering any of it. As I did not enjoy her novel The Tsarina's Daughter I don't think I'll try to track it down to read.

I read it many years ago and liked it, but my opinion might've changed. I'd consider reading it again, maybe.
