Allison Janezic (allilj) | 3 comments It's the prequels to The Mortal Instruments. It's set in the late 1800's London. It's about a girl named Tessa who is kidnapped by warlocks and then rescued by Shadowhunters (they are people with angel blood) who possess powers given to them by tattoos to fight demons and other "monsters". I liked it better than The Mortal Instruments.

Allison Janezic (allilj) | 3 comments It is. All of the Mortal Instruments books are great. At least in my opinion. :D Let's put it this way, before I read City Of Bones in May of last year I had not finished a book in 10 years. Now I've read almost 40 since then.
