Penguin Loves YA Book Club discussion

Welcome everyone to the Penguin Teen Book Club! We will be leading monthly discussions of new and exciting YA novels, and we can't wait to talk to you all about them! Each selection will be announced around the middle of the month before the book club begins and we will run a giveaway to give people the opportunity to win a copy. The book club discussions will always start on the first weekday of the month. We're looking forward to chatting with you about all these great titles!

This sounds great! :) I've been wanting to join a book club for awhile now, but with my work schedule, it's just not possible...I don't have regular days off...so this is perfect.

Thanks to Penguin for choosing HALF BAD as the book club book this month.

And thank you to everyone for joining in to any of the discussions. It should be fun and for me it will be particularly interesting to hear what readers like or dislike and how different aspects of the book are interpreted.

I was hoping for a new book pick, too. The suggestions so far have been really great! Since I hadn't heard anything, I was going to finally read The Giver because the movie is coming out soon. :)
