I received your e-mail and widget. The widget took me to the correct page, but I could only access the review part of the page, not the download part.

Hi Paula and Amy,

I've just looked in to this and had the same trouble myself that the widget will only grant me access to the feedback option not to download. I've contacted my publishers to ask them to look in to this but they won't be back in the office until Monday so won't have any answers until then I'm afraid.

Sorry its not working properly.
