Go to the 'How Nominations Work' folder to find out more. This thread will be open for nominations until midnight EST Wednesday 2nd April, so you have one week.

You can nominate one book and second one book.

I look forward to all your nominations! :)

Remember we are not nominating books from countries we have previously read.

So we will have read by May:

The Slynx- Russian
Snow Country- Japanese
Hunger - Norwegian
The Colonel - Iranian
Half of a Yellow Sun - Nigerian.
The House of the Spirits - Chilean

So please don't nominate books from any of those countries as they will not be counted.

Thanks :)

I nominate Such A Long Journey by Rohinton Mistry.

I've read his other 2 books and loved them. He is an Indian author who writes excellent family dramas which break your heart.
