Mary I could use some help understanding some things....

1. Why was Lily in danger? Why were they trying to kill her rather than just kidnapping/extortion?

2. Was the one twin trying to set up the other? If so, wouldn't it be easier for the one twin to pretend to be the other and then take advantage of one of the sisters romantically?

3. Why would Jett have to hire a hitman to kill Lily when he obviously was willing to do the deed himself?

4. Nox mentioned that they were in the business of protection and elimination....why would Lily been willing to date/marry a hitman (plot point was glossed over, not explained)...seems out of character for Lily.

5. None of the main protectors (Nox, Rock, Boo) seem like hardened hitmen.

6. If a similar company as Mitch's got the murder contract on Lily, wouldn't it have made sense for them to keep moving rather than wait for the other company to find their safe houses?

7. With 10 people working at each safe house, how was the planting of the explosives overlooked in terms of surveillance?

8. Once one safe house was blown up, why wouldn't they have ditched everything and fled?

9. Were Rock and Boo still providing security for Lily after Nox was "killed"? It's not explained why she keeps running into them otherwise.

Amanda i have all the questions swarming in my head too, mary.

there were either too many plot holes or the author didn't bother to address them and solely shift the focus to the romance.

Nessa I felt the same way! In the end it felt like a rush to cram in a bunch of stuff so that way it was a single read. It could have been a series in my opinion if worked out a little better.

Canan this book would have been an exquisite work if it was worked out as a series. this was definitely a quick rush towards the end. if it wasnt for the great layers of built-up at the beginning and the middle, the end would probably get to be bothersome, rather than just be acknowledged.
