Graphic Novel Reading Group discussion

Since Sandman always struggled with Mazikeen's lines. Reading Lucifer and still struggling. Missing something phonetically...probably because of my feeble mind. If you have tips please help.

Sometimes trying to pronounce the "words" out loud helps. It is frustrating though.
