Born to the village drunkard and a small pharmacist owner, Calli never had much to advance to in life. When her mother died two years ago, her father quickly used up all the money her mother had diligently put away for Calli to become a nurse. Having no other options, she went to Ivy Hall and got a job as a servant, just to put a roof over her head and food in her stomach. It may sound depressing, but Calli had a fairly normal childhood- she attended school when necessary, enjoyed playing outside, and complained about various things. Her mother died three days after she graduated, before she had a chance to further her education by going to college. When she got her job at Ivy Hall, she threw her meager possesions that hadn't been sold to the pawnshop and moved out.

Don't be fooled- Callisto appears quite sweet, but she can be aggressive when called for. She tends to be very reserved, preferring to nap, read, or play her flute rather than socialize. She is an outcast among the servants- raised too well to properly be one of them, but not rich enough to be their superior- as an outcast, she gets the jobs everyone hates, such as scrubbing pots and folding laundry. She has a fiery temper that is easily sparked, fighting too often. She can hold grudges for an absurd amount of time. But make no mistake- Calli can be sweet and caring when called for, even though she can be selfish.

Callisto posseses clear, dewy skin with haunting brown eyes framed by thick and unruly eyebrows. Her lips, which she is most proud of- are a dusty pink and pouty. She straightens her tight and wild curls daily, so her dark hair is brittle.

Well, she does have a normal life for a wealthy family. She's also known for many movies being an accomplished actress, but she stopped filming for a while to move into the new house. In her teenage years, she learned that she could use her beauty for power to manipulate and control others. She whispered seduction into boys ears' and then blackmailed them later, bending them to her will. With such grace, beauty, and wealth, she was quickly accepted- even revered, as the debuatante to know. When she graduated her final year of high school, she took a luxurious break year in France sponsored by her parents, where she only accumulated more favors, deeds, and promises by lovers. When she returned to South Africa, her father demanded that she immediately go to college to find her own profession and support herself. She spent exactly two weeks and one year at Le Institut Rosey in Switzerland before finding herself a wealthy bachelor to marry. In the early days of her marriage she wasn't the most faithful, but she is now.

Cold, cowardly, aloof, vain, and narcissitic are some word you could use to describe Louise. She has vested thousands of dollars in her appearance, and she often regards herself as the most beautiful woman ever known. If anything involves benefiting herself in any way, she is dedicated to it. She's also manipulating, with many people wrapped around her finger. Louise however, is not evil. She's merely an insecure woman looking for some way to validate her self worth. She is gregarious, charming, and bright- she wins people over with her accent- a slight British lilt, characterized with occasional American slang. She absolutely adores her Weimaraner, Lacy, and doles out frequent affection to her.

Marie is descended from Maria Nikolaevna(1899-1987), grand duchess of Russia, who survived the rest of her family. She fled to Harbin, China where, in 1919, she married Prince Yuri Naryshkin (1896-1978), another exiled aristocrat, and had their son, Evgeni (1920-1979), and daughters Natalya (1922-) and Tamara (1926-). Evgeni married Elena Galitzina (1923-2014) in San Francisco and had one son, Andrew (1969-, Marie-Catherine's father. Evgeni worked at a bookstore until his early death from lung cancer in 1979. Elena went on to raise Andrew and his adopted sister Anna. Andrew married Alyssa Leung in 1996 and had Marie-Catherine in 1999, a hundred years after Maria's birth.
Natalya and Tamara went to Paris as teenagers to pursue careers with the Ballets Russes de Monte Carlo. Tamara settled in London after retiring at thirty and married John Harper and had a son, Anthony (1971-). She still teaches children at the Royal Ballet School. Anthony married Hlengiwe Mchunu (1973-) in 1998, having one daughter, Elizabeth (2001-, in Warrior Princess Academy), and a son, Edward (2004-). Natalya, meanwhile, met Estonian refugee Albert Kelam in New York, where they had two children, Helena, and Anne.

Magdalena is very loyal to everyone in her life and that often leads to her being let down or hurt. Whenever someone needs something, she is always the first one to jump on the opportunity. Unfortunately, Magdalena gets tired very easily causing her to not get as much work done. She also has always been very hard-working and confident in everything she does and in herself.

Magdalena grew up in an extremely poor family with a mother and a sister, but no father, and had to scavenge for food and that often included stealing, begging, etc. Eventually, she gave up that lifestyle once she was old enough to get a job and helped get money for her family and herself. Magdalena was a very average kid when it came to school. She always got A's and B's and did at least 1 extracurricular activity. And after working for a few years, she had enough money to moved out to Ivy Hall, but in order to move there, she had to get a job as a servant in Ivy Hall.

Cassandra is very stuck up and opinionated. She may seem very nice and kind at first, but don't let looks deceive you. Although, she does love being around family and friends, it is very hard for her considering her bad temper and smart alec comments. Cassandra grew up in a rich family and never saw her parents that much, but always valued being with her family whenever they could. She had a big family consisting of 2 brothers and 1 sister, not including her. Their parents always had a nanny around to 'make up' for the fact how she doesn't have her parents around all the time. Cassandra was home-schooled from kindergarten - 5th grade and was put into a private school. She was one of the most popular girls in school for obvious reasons, but no one really liked her. {Personality} ~ Claire is a kind and sweet young lady. She is vastly intelligent and wise beyond her years. She sometimes may seem a bit insensitive, but that is only due to the fact she has etiquette drilled into her. She is very well mannered and will always use logic to figure things out. She is also quite easily scared and will lose control of her normally reserved demeanor when scared.
{History} ~ Claire in her youth was a very free and cheerful girl, she lived every other little girls dream. She lived in a castle, her father was the "ruler of the land". She would roam the grounds picking flowers and playing with anyone she could find. This however was short lived, she was a marquess and had to act like one. Her time was consumed by politics, etiquette and other things expected of the royal family's one daughter. The only free time she had would be spent either alone or with family, she was cooped up, the only person she saw on a regular basis of her age was her older brother. In her later years she would be introduced to suitors on a regular basis, each whom she turned down. At the age of 20 she was given the choice to leave castle Vianden to find her own life, which she did with pleasure. With a final goodbye she was gone, free to pick flowers once again. It wasn't long into her travels that she discovered a quiet little village and it's infamous Ivy hall.
