No one really knows how old Ivy Hall is, but villagers surrounding the area say it's at least from the 1400's. A string of murders occurred within the house during the year of 1417, leaving the manor with it's first malovent spirits. More occurred since then, but the majority of spirits are mainly distressed, or even helpful! In 1579, Ivy Hall was inhabited once more by an old Baron, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances three years later. The same thing kept happening- up until 1732 when a local villager found a skeleton clinging to the bars of the gate- as if trying to escape. He entered the decrepit home, but wailed when the doors locked behind him.

The tales the villagers tell of Ivy Hall are so outrageous, and nobody believes them, quite unfortunate for the new family who moved in.
