The manor is large to say the least, with an aura of horror surrounding it. The facade of the home are crumbling, due to many ivy vines wrapped around the stones rumored to be older than the British monarchy, although it isn't that old. Three stories tall with four wings sprouting off from the entryway, it is imposing. Each wing has a different history, and each with modern amenities, excluding the South Wing.

North Wing- The 'normal' wing of Ivy Hall, where all the bedrooms are.

East Wing- This wing is inhabited by friendly spirits, and the servants living in this area have long learned to ignore the door opening for them, paintings already being dusted, and other mildly supernatural events occurring.

South Wing- The most haunted part of Ivy Hall, with malicious spirits who have gained power over eons of dormancy.

West Wing- Yet another normal wing, with zero spirits whatsoever. The ballroom has been reported of having a scary event happen once- in 1903, the then resident, Miss Edith Harsbury (now a friendly ghost) claimed she saw blood dripping down the draperies and walls, pooling in the center of the marble floor.
