Steven Moore I'm always happy to receive any review, but happiest to receive a good one, especially one from a Goodreads reader. This new novel is available for free in return for an HONEST REVIEW; it's also available on Net Galley (I don't know for how long--my PR and marketing person probably knows).
I always say that if each ebook of mine entertains even just one reader, that book's a success, so this Goodreads reviewer just made it a success.

Steven Moore Hmm...just noticed that I didn't state the title of the book. My bad. I must be talking about Family Affairs above, #6 in the "Detectives Chen and Castilblanco Series." (A second edition of The Midas Bomb, #1 in the series, will soon be published.)
I don't look at my reviews much, although I'll use an excerpt from one for promotion. I just noticed another good one for The Collector (#5 in the above series), though, that had slipped by me.

Steven Moore Yawatta,
Sorry that I didn't see your post until now.
The publishing journey has been long and arduous. I've probably mistakenly opted for writing the next book instead of promoting the other books in my catalog. You'd understand why if you had my muses, who are really banshees with tasers and are constantly on my case to tell the next story (they know my mind is full of them).
We'll see how it goes.
All the best,
Steve
