Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) Marie-Catherine entered the ballroom and found the piano.

Louise walked into the ballroom with her large gray dog, Lacy. "Who are you?" She asked Marie-Catherine,"And do I know you?" She added rather imperiously, striding over.

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) "My name is Marie-Catherine Naryshkina," she answered. "You might know my great-aunt Nathalie Naryshkina. She used to be in the Ballets Russes de Monte Carlo when she was my age. I don't know how else you might know anything about me."

"I have never heard of your Grandmother Nadine or any of her descendants, Mary." She sniffed, deliberately mixing up names. "I, Louise, am the lady of this home, and I forbid you from here on wandering about my home aimlessly. Heavens knows what you'll do! I am positive you can familiarize yourself with my daughter Adelaide." She decreed in a high-pitched tone.

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) "Sorry," Marie-Catherine said, not bothering to correct the woman's error. She walked away from the piano. A shame.

Louise's jaw dropped in shock. Did this girl... just disobey a direct order? "I'm not sure who you think you are," Louise snapped, stopping in front of Marie-Catherine,"But you will take care to heed my orders!"

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) "I didn't understand what you meant me to do," she said. "You simply told me I should not be wandering so I was walking away from the piano."

Louise rolled her eyes- discreetly of course! "Hmph." She muttered,"Go, shoo! Off you go!"

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) Marie returned to her rooms. She might well have left. She never meant any disrespect, she simply did not understand what people wanted. Maybe she would have cried, the way she normally did when she was angry at herself, if only she were not in such a place. She would have used telepathy on the woman, only it produced an odd shock that the receiver would obviously detect. Perhaps she would one day find a portal and get the heck out of this place.

Lyd's Archive (7/'15 to 6/'18) (violabelcik) ((sorry, it was in her template though, so I thought you approved it))
