Ｔｈｅ Ｌｕｎａｒ Ｃｈｒｏｎｉｃｌｅｓ discussion

This is the park in New Beijing. It has many tall trees and a few benches to sit in the shade. The park has paved walkways that lead to the Market place and to a wide, sprawling clearing from which you can see the palace and the richer part of the city. Here you can walk along and socialize with others.

Scarlet Benoit slipped into the park, her red hood let down. She was still running away from the Queen and her soldiers, but here, no one would look for her. She needed some alone time. After news of Xander's death had reached her, chaos and mayhem had erupted in the labs. It had all given her a headache and she just needed some peace. Traveling deeper into the towering trees, she chose to sit on a bench and just rest her mind. She felt the back of her strap which contained a gun, just in case she was attacked.

Ruby was walking alround, trying to clear her thoughts. She was still confused about Derek, and how she felt for him. She was certain he loved her..but as a sister. She knew he also loved Violetta..as more than a sister. But she knew she wouldn't return his feelings, since she was still into that other guy, but still. She mentally scowled herself. Why did she have to make that happen? She was in the middle of a freaking war, for God's sake. She had her Weaponds all over her black suit, and felt assured and safe.

Scarlet heard a sudden snap of a twig and she jumped up and hid behind a tree. Hearing crumpled leaves, she slowly took out her gun and jumped from the tree. "Who are you and what do you want?" she growled at a girl who had been walking through the park.

Ruby cursed and took her gun out, pointing it to a girl with a red hoodie. "Depends, who are you?" She asked, her hand on the trigger

Scarlet narrowed her eyes. "Now why would I tell you? Don't you recognize me?" She expected the girl to recognize her, as she was pretty much on every single television out there, wanted for being a rebel.

Ruby narrowed her eyes and then widened them with recognition. "Scarlet Benoit, fugitive." She said, then she lowered her gun. "I'm Ruby, lunar fugitive." Thn she cocker her head to the side. "You do you can be easily recognized, no?"

Scarlet sighed and put her gun back on her back. At least she knew she could trust this girl now. "Nice to know we're not the only fugitive's on the run." Scarlet pretended to bow. "Scarlet at your service. Well, yeah, I know that I can be easily recognized. I'm usually hiding somewhere, but now, I just need some "no-hiding-Scarlet-version" of myself to calm down a bit. I heard the Park here was amazing. Not many people farther down here in the forest either."

Ruby smirked. "If I'm here, what makes you think no one else can as well?" She asked, kicking some rocks. "So, are you with anyone? Or did you run away on your own?" She asked.

Scarlet shrugged. "Well, you've got a point. And no, i came here y myself. They know I'm somewhere in the Commonwealth, but I took out my ID chip before I came here." Scarlet showed Ruby the scar on her inner wrist where the ID chip once was. "Anyways, what did you do wrong? Did you kill anyone or invade anything that makes the Queen after you?" she sat down on the grass, gazing at Ruby.

Ruby smirkes. " I came for the same reason as most fugitives: To stop Levana." She shrugged. "It's not as if anyone misses me. They are all here with me." She said, shrugging.

Scarlet looked at Ruby. "All here?" she asked uncertainly.

((I gtg to bed but I can be on tomorrow))

Ruby nods. "Yeah. I mean, my friends." She adds. She says, leaning on one of the trees.

"So you've got friend rebels here?" Scarlet asked. "Would they want to come and help with the weaker part of where the rebels are situated?" Scarlet knew she was putting too much trust in the girl, but she had a feeling she could trust her.

Ruby hesitates. "I think some would, but they are really just here to rescuiting more people. But, I could ask them, if you'd like." She said

Scarlet nodded. "That would be wonderful! Since our numbers are lowering…" she shivered at the thought of the hundreds probably getting killed now. It wasn't easy being the leader of a rebellion. "Anyways, where are they situated now?"

Ruby shook her head. "Where are yours?" She asked. "I'll tell you later." She said, raising an eyebrow

Scarlet crossed her arms and shifted her weight to the other leg. She didn't know what to do so she told Ruby the story. "Well, most of them are located all around Luna, mostly in the outer sectors, running their way in to the capitol. The rest are in the Commonwealth, positioned in random places."

Ruby nodded slowly. "Okay..but I have to warn you with a few things." She said, facing her

Scarlet's eyebrow rose. "Oh?" she asked.

She nodded. "First, Violetta." Then she said, "Shes really nice, that it may annoy you. But, that girl is like a sister to me, so don't mind her." She said, seriously

"Violetta?" Scarlet asked. "Ummm, mind clarifying who she is?"

She chuckled. "Shes the main reason why I'm here." She said. "I never had a real family, but she was like a sister to me, you know?" She asked, looking at her.

Scarlet nodded. She knew what it was like. Her father had been an alcoholic and she abandoned her to live with her grandmother. Sadly, she had passed away, thanks to the rebels. "I mean, I know what it's like. Trust me. SO what about this Violetta girl?"

She shrugged. "She might annoy you..because of how nice She is." She said, chuckling. "And then their is The other girl who would totally make you want to strangle." She said.

Scarlet laughed. "Yes, I do quite want to strangle a couple of people. But nice ones? Well, unless they're little stuck ups and kiss-my-butt type then I'm fine with them. Hopefully." A grin appeared on her face.

She chuckled. "Shes the i-want-to-make-sure-your-fine type of nice. " She said, smirking

Scarlet pretended to be upset. "Oh no! Are you serious? Well that's horrible." Grinning she said "Nah, I'm joking. That's actually really good. So what did you want to warn me about her?"

She shrugged. "Just that." She replied. "Now, Rose is a whole different story." She said, rolling her eyes.

"Rose? My god why is everyone named after a flower?" Scarlet sighed.

Ruby chuckled. "Ah, welll, anyways," She said, "Shes a total Bi-" She paused. "Well, she's a pain in the arse." She said.

Scarlet raised her eyebrows. "Oh, well that's always a pleasure knowing that someone is a ummm…female dog." Scarlet stumbled on the words.

She chuckled. "Shes a bug one.She kisses arse, then takes crap about you behind your back." She said, chuckling

Scarlet nodded. "Glad I never met her. So what else to know?"

She paused. "Well...there's Damian.." She said, chuckling nervously

"Damian? Um, clarification?" Scarlet sat down on the bench.

She cleared her throat. "He's like an over protective brother." She said, sadly. "He's also really into Violetta." She added.

Scarlet laughed. She remembered when she had met Wolf. He seemed really suspicious and weird, but in the end, all was well. "Hmm, a relationship. How wonderful."

Ruby scowled. "No, he's into her. She's into some guy she met when she was younger." She said.

Scarlet shook her head. "Oh, I'm sorry for him. I don't really know what it's like being in love with someone who won't love you back.But I know it's horrible."

Ruby smiled sadly. "Yeah,well, I do." She said.

Scarlet put hand on the girls shoulder. "Oh. I'm sorry." Straightening up, Scarlet put on a more serious tone. "So, when can I meet the-" A beep sounded. Taking out a port screen, she looked at the message. "S***." she said. "Look, I have to go now." Looking around, she said a quick 'goodbye' and ran deeper into the park.

Ruby laughed. "Wel, see you around." she said, chuckling

Damian walked in. "Hey, have u seen Vio?" He asked.

Scarlet stopped when a faint beep was heard. Another message. Reading it she cursed. "Damn, false alarm." she muttered. "Better get that Ruby girl again." Running back she stopped short when a boy was with her. "Umm, Ruby, whose that?" she pointed to the boy.

Ruby stood up. "What do you mean-" She started. "This is Damian." She said.

Scarlet sighed. "Oh, the boy who loved someone who wouldn't be loved back? Yup, nice to meet ya. I'm Scarlet Benoit." she walked forward. "I got a message saying that the queens army was in this area, but it was a false alarm." Scarlet explained.

He chuckled. "You speak of me?" He asked Ruby.
Ruby blushed. "Um.." She said.

Scarlet laughed. "Don't worry, she just told me about the heartbreaks and her friends. So tell me, where are you coming from?"

He raised an eyebrow. "From-" Then he remembered something. "Where's Violetta?" he asked again.

Ruby stood up again. "Have you tried coming her?" She asked.
