The Faithful and the Fallen discussion

Me and dad have often had conversations about, if there was a TV series or film of the Faithful and the Fallen, what actors and actresses would play who. Thought it would be interesting to see who everyone else thinks of whilst reading these.

For example I've always imagined Maquin to be played by Mads Mikkelsen, especially with a sword in hand.

Rhin would best be portrayed by Helen Mirin.

Couldn't agree more! Dad said he always wrote her with Hellen Mirren in mind.

I think Mark Strong would make a good Gar.

Think it would suit tv better so they can put proper justice to all books and the scenes within . This would make cast difficult as they would go with mostly unknowns and spin the saga out to good few seasons . The suggestions for Helen to play Rhin would suit my image of her . Now would love to see Stephen amell as camlin

Mark strong is a good call! Definitely can imagine him wielding a curved sword.

I think a TV series would be best as there's so many characters it would take some time to get to know them. I haven't seen that series but it has been on my 'to watch' list for a while!

Arrow I mean.

An other few would love Manu Bennett from Spartacus to be in there not decided who ! Tull Liam neeson . The part of Corban would be the hardest to cast . Edward u could pull few strings and get casted as someone ! Kareem would also need to be a shield-man

Liam Neeson as Tull definitely! Reminds me of an older Rob Roy!

I think me and my brother would be fighting for Corbans part although my dad often says I'm a clumsy oaf like Dath hah! I'm sure Kareem would make a very fierce giant! Perhaps wielding a certain starstone axe?

I've always pictured Meical as Sir Ben Kingsley (with a wig of course!)

I can see that Dan! Sir Ben with nice long hair, wielding a sword, definitely Meical material.

I think the main dude from the maze runner (don't know his name) would make a good Veradis
