Here's my first check in for the challenge. Whew! I feel that I'm off to a good start and Mt. Olympus is in my sights beyond my current mountain. :)
YTD: 24/75
Can't believe it is already time for my monthly check in, but I was pleased with all the books I got through in the 'shorty month'. ;)YTD: 39
Wow, you are powering through. I keep getting distracted by those that aren't on my TBR pile. Did you have any stand out awesome books this month?

Thanks, Maxine!I know what you mean about new book releases distracting from the pile. :)
Yes, I read several enjoyable books. Persuasion by Jane Austen, Dead Girl Running by Ann Noser, and A Guide to Jane Austen's England were probably my favorites for the month.
Bev wrote: "Persuasion is my favorite Austen--so far.. I haven't made it through all her books yet."Me, too, Bev! :) Loved it!
Jessika wrote: "Nice job so far, Sophia!"Thanks, Jessika! I really want to get more done this year. :)
I've never read any of Jane Austen's books before but I have 6 or 7 sitting on my bookshelf waiting for me to get to them. I find them pretty intimidating to be honest, but my goal is to get through at least 3 of them this year

Mansfield Park is probably the hardest one to get into. I love Persuasion which is the one I just listened to on audio.
Jessika wrote: "Another strong month for you!"Definitely! I joined a month long TBR Pile challenge with a friend and her challenge helped me with both challenges. :)
Thanks, Jessika!
April was a nice long month and I was so glad to get in some good reading time while spring held off a bit longer.YTD toward goal: 66/75

I am gearing up for my climb. I have a dedicated shelf on my GoodReads page to track my challenge reads and I will be using my 'want to read' shelf to show my TBR pile.
I review the books I read so you are welcome to friend or follow if you're interested in getting my book thoughts.
I will update my challenge numbers near the end of each month.
Good luck on your own climbs! :)
