Ok Striker island is a place where super powered Villians go when there to dangerous to hold in other places and they also need people to guard them.

Guards can't fall in love with Cell mates.

Cell mates should have a person from the guards they hate, and want dead.

So, prisoners can like prisoners, guards can like guards. but the two can never mix? The guards are heroes and the prisoners are their villains?

2 part kinda the cell mates are people with superpowers and don't know how to control them or people who just want to kill a lot of people or crazy people or just people who are to dangerous to put somewhere else.
