Many of you are wondering why you have been brought here, today. To put it simply, you have been carefully selected. Now, you may believe you are special because of this, and I am here to ensure you realize you are not. You see, being selected isn’t a blessing because as far as you are concerned, you are currently worthless to us. But if you choose to stay and be apart of this agency/force, you will be professional trained to be stronger, faster, smarter, and better than your current self could dream of.

Recruits are the bottom of the food chain within the agency. Each on selected for the assets they provide to the agency. Before recruits are able to become full Steel assets, they must undergo a series of training with their mentors in the following category of skills:

All assets are learn basics for each category before their chosen skill are put to the test. Steel agency believes the more well-versed an asset is the more optimal they are to the agency and to society.
Now, many of you may be already aware be of what category you are in. Some of you may also have overlapping skill sets in these categories, which is quiet common. Each of your mentors will help you develop your skills and find your direct passion so that you thrive within the agency.
