Coralline stood in front of the door shifting nervously.

"Yeah, going into an office of a Burubur is totally ok" Coralline muttered and knocked on the door. "Come in!" Quinton snapped

Coralline closed the door. "Out Mr. Lewis" Professor Quinton growled

"Ah, Miss Lingering, just the person i wanted to see" Quinton said coldly

"You teach Control, yes?" Quinton asked. Coralline nodded to the Professor Lingering in a hello.

"Well probably you need to do a better job, Mrs. Coralline lost control of her anger, again, and damaged school property. Third time this week!" Quinton said calmly. Coralline winced and looked at the floor rubbing the back of her head

"We all have our jobs Lingering, you teach people to control their powers, i teach them art and history of art. Unlike you, i have no emotions and that means it cant get me in a situation where i have to choose" Quinton said coldly. Coralline looked between the two with a 'Uh oh' expression.

"I teach unimportant classes for a reason" Quinton said calmly. Coralline rolled her eyes. "Can i just get my punishment already?!" She asked loudly mainly to change the subject

"Agreed" Quinton agreed. "Finally!" Coralline mumbled under her breath and walked out of the room. "I may be heartless, but i am in control of myself" 'Unlike somebody' Quinton finished in her head and walked past Lingering coldly stirring bad emotions and memories in everyone and walked to her class. Coralline shrugged at Alex

Coralline sighed and leaned against the wall. She shrugged at Alex's question. "Um, Professor?" She asked Lingering

"Im sorry" Coralline said.

"Im still sorry..." Coralline mumbled

"Isn't she always having a bad day?" Coralline grumbled then glanced up. "Please dont tell her i said that"

Coralline nodded. "Yeah"

Coralline shrugged looking back at the ground. "We could go our separate ways"

"Excuse me?" Coralline asked coldly.

Coralline nodded and looked back at the ground. "I would say sorry, but the past is the past. No matter how much we wish it, we can't change what happened. But," she looked up at the window. "You can co tell what's going to happen in the future"

"That's why love is stupid" Coralline muttered under her breath

"I better leave, or well be hear moaning and feeling sorry for ourselves" Coralline said and pushed herself reluctantly off of the wall.

"How what?" Coralline sighed looking at him, her side sweep fringe falling into her eyes.

"You already did, with your ex, next thing g you know, I'll be crying about my 'f.a.m.I.l.y.'" She said spelt out family and made air quotes with her fingers. When she said that word she said it with disgust

Coralline snorted. "Yay" she muttered.

Coralline looked up at the ceiling

"I should go" Coralline said blankly

Coralline shrugged
