The Alchemyst discussion

In this book Nicholas Flamel is trying to figure his true identity. We meet Nicholas in San Francisco in the middle of summer he is talking to his friend Sophie Newman. They are talking about their dream job and Sophie wants to become a fashion designer. Sophie's friend Elle shows and talks about fashion because Elle is Sophie's Fashion Conscious. All Nicholas wants to do is find himself wants to know who Nicholas Flamel is. So he goes to the National Geographic Library there he finds Sophie's brother Josh Newman reading. He looks though the letters till he find the letter F. Then he looks for FL, Then FLA, Then FLAM. Till he finds Flamel that is when he goes down the ancestors line till he finds his Great Great Grandpa. It doesn't go any farther than that so he beings to wonder why does it stop there.
