Carstairs are chinese. Herondale are from Wales. Fairchild have some Faerie blood in them (Maybe. I think they do.).

I think she's talking about the characters in this group? Cause last I checked the first person who posted for the Carstairs said they were african american, and there are absolutely no chinese FC's claimed for that family?

and I'm pretty sure this group doesn't have a fantasy element so I highly doubt the Fairchild's have Faerie blood?

and again since its a royal group not a fantasy I don't get how the royals would be shadowhunters? I think that takes away from the actual group and would make it something else?

It's ideas. Not official. Also in Clockwork Angel it specifically stated that Jem and his family were from China.

This isn't based off the Clockwork angel though, is what I was saying. Its a regular royal set in medieval (unless I'm mistaken on the time period) times roleplay. No fantasy, no clockwork angel. The last names are just last names, nothing more

If the FC isn't african american, or african american mixed you should prolly change it so the FC looks mixed, I would think
