Mount TBR 2016 discussion

I hope to read 52 books in 2016. This will be from my TBR list and Netgalley stash. This year I tried to read 60 books, however I became depressed and was off sick from work for 2 months. During that time it felt like to much trouble to read more than a couple of chapters a day. I feel a little better now and hav changed my 2015 challenge to 50 books so hopefully i will achieve this.

Well i finally read 55 books in 2015. The last book i finished 10 minutes before midnight. I stll hope to read 52 books in 2016 and books over my target will be a bonus.

I will be honest, I forgot you could only include books owned BEFORE the 01/01/16.

I received Viral from Netgalley but I think I received it AFTER the 1st January. I have received a lot of new releases from Netgalley this month. I will mix this with books from my TBR list and meet the challenge. I hope to listen to 36 Audiobooks this year but I have only bought 2 new books this month so there should not be a problem.

This has taught me a lesson, do not buy new books.

thanks for fessing up, Clare. :-) But...did you request it before 1/1/16 and just receive it after the first? Because if you requested before the New Year, I will totally let you count it.

I am doing a 2016 new release challenge for another group. Just finished The Girl In The Ice. I have now officially read 5/52 but it does not count for this challenge.

Update

To date I have listened to 36 audio books and reached level 3. I have read 21 e books but i got them through Netgalley after 01/01/16 so they do not count on here. I will not read 52 books now from my TBR list, so i will use this page for my audiobooks.
