yeah, the things with the bubbles.Like a topic: Study Habits. That's the center bubble. Then you make an arrow to another bubble, and write people's habits. I don't use it too much, but sometimes i use it before exams. That way we don't have to read the whole book - just the important parts. and it's easier for us to read it cause we are the one who wrote by ourselves.

I'm a very visual learner.I heard that you should drink a lot of water before studying. You can concentrate better with liquid in your body.
Try to work in a quiet place. Avoid studying on your bed. Save your bed for sleep only.
Open a window if needed. Fresh air helps me. But please, if it's snowing, don't open a window. Keep your room at a comfortable temperature.
Mt teachers love to drill this into us: Change the title/heading of a chapter into a question.
