Here students can sit and read a book on the grass, under the shade of the many trees that are scattered on this miniature park. There are benches under most of the trees but some are left bare (the ones with the smoothest bark) so that any students who want can simply lean on the trunk and read.
In a few of the trees that are close together, there are hammocks slung, some are in the sun too.

Jace felt a sudden change in emotion. He became startled at something. Jason looked up, sencing Jace jump.
"What's wrong?" jason asked, looking around blindly.
Jace also looked around and saw ianthe (i camt help but rd that name as ian the. idk how to say it ^^').
Jace sighed with exasperation.
"it's nothing jay, just my stupid powers picking up every annoying emotion in the gardens."
Jason looked at jace with concern, hearing the hidden tone of self hate.

Jace looked at her in annoyance. Jace was a pretty anti-social guy. He has his reasons of course, one being his empathy. Jason, of course, was an exception since jason was a pretty simple kid with stable emotions. Jason had gone out of his way over the years hed been with jace, to make sure his otions didnt go wild so as it mighy not affect jace that di.noy make sence (im on my phone btw).
Jason, sencing jave's dissaproval of the person he semced was nearing? them, nudged Jace as if saying in his own kawaii way 'deal with it'.

Jason looked in the direction of the 'hi' and smiled sweetly at the person. Judging by the softness of the person's footsteps and an added disaproving air from jace, jason guessed it was a girl.
"Hi, you are welcome to join us, my name is Jason and this guy is Jace."

Jace rolled his eyes "that guy" jace demanded jokingly.

Ianthe blinked, silly mood, gone and serious one settling in. "I can almost imagine what that was like, only, you don't want to battle only your own emotion all the time, it's...just as bad as taking in everyone elses emotions...unstable...inconsistent....it's sometimes on a high, and sometimes on a low, I can't taste how I feel even though, just moments ago, I was feeling something...." Ianthe said, she let the memories of how normal it was for her to shift emotions, but when she realised how everyone reacted around her, it had taken her a little longer to realise how burdensome her element was. "I don't know about you, but it hurts me more to know I hurt others, ebbing in and out...I've tried the stabilisers, but it was worse, I felt unstable even though the stabilisers were supposed to stabilise my bipolarism."
