Madison Paine (madisonpaine) | 10 comments Guys, I had this for lunch. Too Easy.

Take one salmon steak, place on a piece of aluminum foil, put a little bit of salt and Mrs. Dash (herb mixture), pat of butter, add some chopped red onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Wrap it up, put on a cookie sheet, and bake at about 400.

I ate mine with a side of mixed green salad with that Sweet Videlia onion dressing you can get from Sam's Club. Fantastic lunch or dinner. Loved it.

It sounds good...I may have to make it today!

I love fish...I will post another recipe from my novel for halibut...can you get that easily where you are? I know my aunts have a hard time finding it, so I don't tell them when I make it!

:)
