McCracken County Public Library discussion

I am back on my Roaring 20's kick. I stopped by the Library last week during spring break and picked up Dollface by Renee Rosen. It was fun. I was right smack in the middle of Prohibition and hanging with Al Capone...crazy stuff. I decided to continue on with reading Vixen by Jullian Larkin. Hope this one is good. What is everyone else picking up for April?

I'm reading Poirot investigates by Agatha Christie, it's short stories so far it has been good.

I've got several I'm reading- still trying to get through Common's biography, and I've picked up Fire Inside by Kristen Ashley and Evanovich's The Chase. I'm waiting on B J Novak's book of short stories .. seems like that will be good. I have a while before that comes in for me, thank goodness.

I dropped Common's biography and Fire Inside from my books- I was just not able to get into them, and I have way too many books to read to force myself to read something I'm not enjoying. Several holds came through so I had to drop to the end of others..and I updated my read challenge from 60 to 80..I was nearly halfway to 60 and it's only been 3 1/2 months!

Kristen I agree so much. I have I many things to struggle through something. I hated Blind assassin and the long long trailer. I am enjoying the chaperone.
