Q. For those who really loved The 5th Wave, what will surprise them the most about where you go in the sequel?

A. They will be absolutely shocked — shocked — by Evan's fate.

The only Rick Yancey book that I read is The 5th Wave, and I have no idea what if he's capable to do to his characters. I'm afraid with Evan...

Don't worry I've the same feelings here... It's like I don't know what to expect from him anymore and rick's statement abt his shocking fate confirms it even though I liked him a lot in the first book.

Still haven't read it. It's on my kindle, though. Schoolwork has earned me a messy reading schedule. But trust me, I'm really excited. :)
