In "Fallout", the main characters of the book are Kristina's three children, Hunter, Autumn, and Summer. The three children are now teens, and the book shows each of their point of views. The characters are believable because they experience the same problems that teenagers go through today. The basic plot of the book is to show the different points of views for each child. The book explains each of their lives and what they have gone through with the family and Kristina with the monster (meth). "We Hear That life was good before she met the monster, but those page flips went down before our collective cognition. Kristina wrote that chapter of her history before we were even whispers in her womb. The monster shaped our lives, without our ever touching it"(1). I feel like the book is very interesting and attention grabbing. There are many scenarios that caught my attention and made me want to continue reading.
