Midnightheart felt the breeze on her fur, it felt really nice. She just wanted to lay down and enjoy it.
Midnightheart nodded, she put the herbs down gently. She stalked towards the rabbit. She jumped on it and bit down on it's neck.
Midnightheart nodded, she padded back to camp with the rabbit in her mouth. She quickly put it in the pile then came back to help with the herbs.
Bearheart lapped at the stream and closed his eyes sighing. He enjoyed feeling the wind hit his pelt.
Echopaw had ran out of ShadowClan camp crying. No one understood what it was like to watch someone rip your mother's throat out. Tears streamed down her face as she ran blindly. She crossed over the border without realizing it. The apprentice continued to run and ran straight into a WindClan warrior. She bounced off of him and fell down.
Bearheart stumbled slightly confused."First thing..are you okay...and next.. Why do you cross the border."he narrowed his eyes. This she-cat is gorgeous.. He shook the thought out of his head.
Echopaw gazed up at Bearheart with wide eyes. Her eyes were still marbly from crying though fear spread through them as well. "I'm sorry I didn't....I didn't mean to." She squeaked. She trying to her to her feet, but her paws were all tangled up and she ended up falling forward right into him again.
Bearheart helped her up carefully."It's fine..Are you okay..?"Hw asked her softly carefully licking her cheek to get a tear off.
Echopaw nodded. "I'm fine, thank you." She murmured. She sat down and licked the paw she had twisted after tripping into him again. She looked at him embarrassed and realized she was still on the wrong side of the border.
"What do you mean?" Echopaw asked softly. She tilted her head to the side slightly at his question though she had an idea of what he was referring to.
"Well you ran into my territory bawling your eyes out..."Bearheart said softly as he touched her cheek gently with his tail." Would you like to talk about it...?"he asked softly.
Echopaw's eyes clouded over again and she buried herself in his pelt and cried. She knew that she really should get back to her own territory, but something was stopping her. She continued to cry and pressed closer to him.
Bearheart looked at the she-cat slowly..." I'm Bearheart.."he said softly. He knew most cats knew his story by now.
Echopaw gazed up at him with wide marbly eyes. "I'm Echopaw... I'm sorry I should probably leave." She meowed, but didn't move. Tears were still streaming down her cheeks.
Echopaw kept herself buried in his pelt. "You came from ShadowClan, right?" She asked softly after she had calmed down. Though her eyes were still filled with grief.
((Sorry I've been babysitting little kids))
Echopaw nodded slowly. "No one ever told me why your mother left." She said softly and tilted her head. She was trying to keep her mind off of what happened.
Echopaw nodded slowly. "No one ever told me why your mother left." She said softly and tilted her head. She was trying to keep her mind off of what happened.
"My mom and my father got in a huge fight and..she felt I'd be better off here."Bearheart shrugged slightly and licked his chest quickly.
"Oh...have you ever met your father before." Echopaw asked hesitantly.
"I have seen him at gatherings..but he acts like I don't exist..."Bearheart sighed softly looking down at his paw.
Echopaw sighed and gazed at him sadly. "That's awful." She replied. And it seemed to only make her sadder.
Echopaw gazed up and nodded. "I'm sorry...I just...it...I don't know..." She continued to stutter then began to cry again. Every time she closed her eyes all she saw was her mother's death and it kept getting worse.
Bearheart looked at her his eyes clouding over."Are you okay...in all honestly.."he whispered softly.
Echopaw shook her head slowly. "I'm sorry....I shouldn't....burden you with....this." She apologized shakily.
"Don't.. Apologize alright.."Bearheart nuzzled her gently."If you'd like...we can talk again..here.."He whispered softly
"Can we?" Echopaw asked hopefully. "If we can...I'd like that." She continued softly.
"Um...I'm not sure. How about two sunrises from now?" Echopaw asked. She had stopped crying by now and seemed to be in better spirits.
Echopaw felt her ears grow warm with embarrassment. She figured she was probably blushing and broke her gaze. She looked down at her paws as she shuffled them.
"Don't apologize." Echopaw repeated to him and smiled at him gently.
"Um....yeah." Echopaw meowed hesitantly. She was nervous at what he might say and wasn't sure what to do.
sageheart looked back to see if badgertail was following her then continued to the creek.
Bagertail followed Sageheart. He found a rabbit and quickly and chased it down.
sageheart turned the other way and stalked another rabbit and quickly chased it and caught it.
Bagertail didn't feel like hunting just then so he asked, "Why don't we take this back to camp?"
" thats fine this will feed one or to cats " sageheart siad then bounded off towards the camp.
Bagertail walked next to her back to camp.
