Terminalcoffee discussion

I'm interested in the coverage in Australia. CNN is non-stop Breaking News, which generally doesn't amount to much.

We are getting quite a bit of coverage. An Australian team have picked up signals that may have been from the black box. I don't find the coverage of the families interesting, they should give that angle a rest. I was surprised to hear that it has been a month since it disappeared, but then I haven't been following it that closely.

I feel like CNN in particular is treating it as if this is fiction, with an ending to the story around the corner. They've put a lot of eggs into that basket. We'll see if they get resolution.

I tend to agree that a tragedy can bring people together - realize we're all human and that sort of stuff. But CNN ran out of 24/7 coverage about three weeks ago and still tries to drum a panel of six experts every time I click over.
