I don't think it will be possible because if you think about it, time is nothing but a measurement. If I made my minutes shorter, I could say "hey look, now there are 25 hours in a day" or something like that. It's the same with length. I could say that something is 3 feet long, and someone from just about anywhere but America could say that the same thing is .9 meters. It is still the same length, but it depends on how we measure and interpret things. (I had this same argument with my friend that watches Dr. Who, lol)
