Combine the following ingredients in a slow cooker and
cook on low for fifteen hours. Then carefully spoon
apple butter into hot jars prepared for jarring then
seal...be sure to the process each pint jar in a pot of boiling water.

14 cups of *homemade applesauce
3 cups of honey
4 cups of *homemade apple cider
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon of cloves if you’d like

*doesn't have to be homemade!
