Finals are coming up for me so I am a little worried about my stress levels.
Hmm... Try relaxing with a book. That usually helps me. Also, hibiscus tea works wonders. But in the end, rest assured that you know the material and keep telling yourself that you've got this. Self-confidence is a major factor in tests. Basically, relax and tell yourself you'll do great. You've probably studied endlessly and it will be put to use. So breath easily and relax. You'll do fine. :)
