The 39 Steps discussion

This is my favorite Hitchcock movie. I've never read the book, but several of my own published books follow a similar plot line and character development.

If you toolike this type of plotting, I recommend the John Buchan books-"The 39 Steps." or several Garfield (can't remember first name but he did several made into movies.

I just searched for Marne author-Winston Graham. Now I'll look for others by him. I'm new at internet search.

The author I was looking for is Brian Garfield. He wrote many thrillers, several made into movies. All good.\ or...better.
