City of Heavenly Readalongs discussion

Aaaand we're done! What was your favorite scene? Was it like you expected? Anything you liked/disliked? What will you rate it?

This is a late review but but it's not only only. I really liked the book mainly because it was pretty action packed. I didn't really have any expectations for this book so I'm not disappointed or anything. The only thing I disliked was that I couldn't really connect with the characters. I liked them, but I didn't really care that much for them. I gave The Immortal Rules 4 stars

As I mentioned earlier; I didn't really feel a connection to any of the characters. I care for them, but nothing more than that. Allison is badass, though. And I do appreciate her sarcastic tone and the way she is. Zeke got a little higher up on my scale, but still not exactly my type of guy.

The book was full of action and I was rarely bored. I'm gonna read the next, but I hope the romance will get better.

A solid 4 stars.
