Well, we're only a week late this time! ;) What are you reading this month? Something for the holidays? Something NOT for the holidays? Or are you so busy you can't find the time to get your read on?

Bdmink | 41 comments I'm reading Those Girls by Chevy Stevens, then on to Sweetheart by Chelsea Cain, so NOT for the holidays.

Pam (psvogt) | 31 comments I read The Christmas Pony by Melody Carlson which was a Christmas story and now I'm listening to a light-hearted romp - a Chet and Bernie mystery - Scents and Sensibility by Spencer Quinn. I'm reading because I'm very, very close to reaching my reading goal I posted here on GR this year... in fact this book might finish it!

taylor (twoods93) | 16 comments I have devoured in the past 48 hours 600+ pages (between audiobook and kindle format) Joe Hill's NOS4A2 which is FANTASTIC! I am so blown away, he even references his previous novel Horns which I read last winter, made me so happy :) And this was totally not planned...but it somewhat has a Christmas theme to it! The bad guy is all about stealing kids away to the mysterious place called "Christmasland" and it is making me terrified of holiday music, to say the least!

Hebah (quietdissident) I've been in the process of finishing up all the started books I've had going this year. Just finished a cozy mystery, Last Wool and Testament, which has a yarn shop and ghost component (I'm a sucker for the fiber-related tie-in).

My husband wanted me to read Prey, an Alien vs Predators mass paperback, which, while pulpy, was surprisingly fun once the story got off the ground.

I also am almost done with Last Argument of Kings, so I will finally have completed a trilogy in the same calendar year. Great fantasy series, with sly, dark humor and a very painted-in-shades-of-grey complex cast. As soon as I get home from work tonight, it'll be promptly devoured.

Chloe (chloe36) | 21 comments I'm reading The Red Tent by Anita Diamant. I'm a little over halfway finished, and I really like it!
