3) he cannot have already chosen dauntless, the choosing ceremony hasn't taken place yet, that would also mean he probably wouldn't have a dauntless tattoo

Pitch of voice: A lot of emotion is heard plainly, but the pitch is not very deep
Other: He always wears at least one black ring on his right hand. He has a scar on his knee that he got from jumping off a house(no one knows why he did it). He also has a nick on his left ear, it was punishment for lying at Candor
Personality: Théo is one of the most reckless people out there, he always tells the truth, even if it is a spy he is talking to, and he dives head first into a situation, usually without a plan. He has some spunk in him and betrays everyone, but the people he really trusts. He is not the most consistent person to trust, he is always late and he sometimes doesn't show up. He always has a good time, now matter what it is he's doing. He is very sentimental about his things and keeps them and loves them. He is one of the best friends you could have, he will do anything for you, even lie. That is the only exception to his streak of truth-telling.
History: Théo grew up as a candor, learning to always tell the truth, no matter the consequence. He grew obidiantly and he always listened and never lied, though he didn't like living in Candor much. He really liked being reckless and daring, though he never showed it. One day something change in him, he lied, but only occasionally, and he didn't listen, didn't care about anything. One day, when he admitted to his parents that he lied, they said that it was ok, just that if he did it again there would be consequences. But he did lie again. He lied to everyone, just to help his friend, his friend wanted to leave Candor, he hated it, so he left and told Théo to lie and tell them that he went to see the eritude compound. They found his friends body outside the fence a few days later, he had drowned. Théo got off easy and only had 1/4 of his ear cut off.
Family: He is an only child and his mother and father are still alive
Mother: Laura Annie Williams 47 Candor. She is a nice and loving person, she will keep secrets, even if you have to tell the truth at Candor and she will never hurt you on purpose.
Father: Andrew Benjamin Williams 50. Andrew goes by Benjamin and is a loving person, though unlike his wife, he always tells the truth.
