Have you heard of Ray Comfort? Because his methods are really good and not in your face and annoying. Maybe you could use some of his ways and just bring the subject up with them like "Ever wonder where you're going when you die?" or "Do you believe in heaven or hell?" and go from there.
The thing about those is that if you just start a conversation out of the blue on one of those, it just seems a bit weird you know, your friend's talking about music or something and then you go, "Hey, ever wonder when you're gonna die?" you know?Thanks though.
@Marya- This was a great topic girl!!! One we definitely needed <3
Well, I know the moment. Those are all brilliant ways above!!
One thing I have learned however, is sometimes you just have to go out and say it. Whether it seems awkward or not. Not saying you need to be objective or rude, just start the conversation.
I do have to ask a question however, is she a close friend?
When y'all are just talking just start. Something like, "(Name), have you ever thought there was a reason to life?" Or, "Do you know what the purpose of life is?" More like starting a deep topic rather than trying to sound smart or in depth. Then ease the way into it. See what she says, then perhaps she will ask you. Sometimes that is the best way.
This is always a hard uneasy thing to do, but if you feel led to do it then pray, the Lord will be right with you through it all <<33
Bless you (;

I agree with Rachel on several things. However, it honestly depends on the person! Some like to be told out and simply what they need to hear. But, others are more sensitive and need a calmer approach. Its all how they are and God can lead you to do it according to how He wants you to.

Here's something that my mom told me that I think can help you. Ask the person who or what is the most important in their life. Then after they tell you, tell them that Jesus is the most important in your life. This way, they might get curious about a relationship with Jesus and ask you more questions.
And sharing simple scriptures with that person can help too. Don't make it long or complicated, just make sure that they can see God's love for them and that He wants to save them overall.
My best friend of 10 years is a non-believer, he's been friends with me from the time I was an Atheist to now where ministry is my entire life. I never directly bring up topics of God and Christianity but instead I lead with example, living and loving the way Jesus would have. He knows I am a Christian and he's even been with me to a church I was interviewing for. Instead of talking about Christianity until I turn blue, I live it and I answer any questions he's had about the subject. Sometimes the best way to tell someone about God is by living your life like Jesus. I hope that makes sense, I'm only putting it briefly.
@Rachel- Very right!!
@Adam- That was amazing! I couldn't even word it any better!! Surely so! An example speaks louder than words in some cases, and if that is what God is leading, then its the perfect way!! ((:

Guys, I'm really scared for my friend Thea. She's Wiccan, and I know that won't get her into Heaven, unless she repents. I know that she's listening to me about Jesus but she's not stepping out of the boat yet. I don't want to get too mad at her but it's sad when she's not realizing Jesus is the only way to Heaven. I love her but I would love for us to have Jesus in common someday. I actually warned her that Wicca is part of the occult and all she said was ok, I respect that, and she kind of laughed lightly. Thea also told me she and her mom pray to the goddess which I know is an idol. Please pray for her, she is clearly lost. Thea was never raised Christian so I'm hoping that she can be saved. I know some people say to mind your own business but it's really devastating when someone doesn't have a close relationship with Jesus.
The hardest thing would be for someone who's left the church. My friend had a bad experience with God in Catholic school, so I'm really not sure what I should do about her.
Try having a conversation with her then bring about the topic of church and God.Also try asking her how her life is,now that she doesn't believe anymore.

both
Ok, but telling others and her about the whole heaven vs hell thing has to be done carefully. Using reverse psychology on them is the best way, this way she won't see condemnation but that God wants her to get saved from hell, so how would I approach this?
Well, some situations call for certain things, even telling one about the afterlife. But your present situations, I wouldn't suggest it. First and foremost I'd pray, the power of prayer is amazing and the time taken to give this issue to God would be much more useful than harsh or scared attempts. I'll pray as well my friends <3
Don't tell her anything unless the Lord is leading you to. If her heart has been prepared by God it will be for good, but if not then it will be for nought. Haha
Hi everyone!I have a friend who is a muslim and if given the opportunity,would like to convert to Christianity.Unfortunately she claims her dad would disown her if she does so and can't take that.Her mother died whiles giving birth and he's the only one she has.What do I do?She's a real good friend and I want to convert her to christianity.How should I go about it?
@Rachel- Exactly!! That is brilliant! Perfect!! Aw, I see. That's a very heart aching!! Prayers will be sent to them all <3
@Salma- Aw, I see. I can't imagine how she feels in that terrible situation. Follow the Lord. If the Lord tells you to tell her something, do it! But if not, do not. Sometimes our silence is louder than a rehearsed speech. That's a very tough thing there. The apostles lost all they had, some giving up their lives, so remind her that God will help you through whatever the devil throws your way!! Pray! Most of all, prayer changes things!! We will be praying my friend <3 You sound like a very good friend!!

I'm praying for each one who's being a real friend and wanting their friend to know they'll be forever safe in Jesus and I'm also praying for the friends and family members who don't yet believe. I definitely think prayer is important and listening to God as your talking to someone or going to. Put yourself in their place on how you would feel. I think if you're talking with them from the heart and truly care, that will come across. Keeping focused on the main thing of accepting Him as Savior and becoming a believer is important and not getting sidetracked by varying differences of where a person worships or things like that. I have family members who aren't yet believers, but thankfully my immediate family are all believers. The ones who aren't yet, some have had a whole range of questions and some let me share with them what I believed and didn't shut me out and didn't decide they wanted nothing to do with me. I'm very thankful they didn't do that, but I wanted to share with them, because if I didn't, that wouldn't be right, for if they had become a believer and I hadn't yet, I would have been so sad that they didn't care enough to tell me since it would be important to them. Chaya
@Salma, you could let her know she just needs to believe in Jesus and for her to ask Him to save her for eternity because if you say converting to Christianity it could mean a whole different thing to her. Where she spends eternity is more important. No person can stop what someone prays in their heart.
What do you all think of ASMR?

I have a friend who's like one of the sweetest people I know, but also not a believer. I'm posting this because I'm wondering if anyone has advice on how to start the discussion about Jesus and not sound forced or make a fool of yourself.
Thanks.
