Oohhh...loaded question for sure! I kind of find myself rooting for the complex characters that have a bit of an edge to them! I have a hard time falling in love with characters that are too one-sided or so happy that they're nauseating. I need a character that can kick butt with a witty sense of humor :D
I love those mysterious kind of characters. The ones that are really independent and sometimes untrusting. I also really like dark characters too, with like a dark past. They don't have to actually be evil, but I just love those sort of characters. I like the villains quite often too.

I have a thing for half-traitors, which is kind of a bad thing, 'cause everybody thinks they're full traitors, but I like them anyway. I like it when they're incorrigible rouges, or when they're dark and secretive, or just evil sometimes, but not usually. And a mordant sense of humor is always a nice addition.

Thank you! I think most of my friends tend to question my choice of favorite characters, so it's a relief to find someone who doesn't mind people like that.

I agree too! I feel like it's more realistic too. No one is perfect all the time. Having characters that are mysterious and darker, that kinda play sides are so much more interesting. And sense of humor is always a great thing
I know right. I love the independent characters who are mostly just in it for themselves, and kind of just do things or switch sides to their own convenience. Or characters with eccentric personalities. They are always my favourites.
Wow, that's a great question!I think I tend to go for a pretty wide range of characters. As a girl who was always deemed a bit of a nerd in school, I tend to like those characters. At the same time, I don't enjoy if they are too "perfectly quirky", if that makes sense. I want characters with flaws and weaknesses, since I tend to identify with a character when reading about it. If I can't at all get the feeling that he/she might be real, then it's just not interesting to me.
That goes both for good and evil characters. No soul known to man has only one side, so I don't want the characters to do so either :)
Love that I managed to smack the word "tend" 3 times into the first half of that short message. Well done Anny :D But thank you :P
Yes. Heroes, Villains, Mysterious, Romantical, and so on.
