Nobody twisted her words. She said something harmful and all Lex and Lindsey wanted was her to apologize.
I honestly don't understand why Carrie was in that interview in the first place. I really don't want to be offencive, but she is just a normal girl and not more of an expert than anyobe else. It's just another thing that really bugs me about that fan/creator thing on youtube :/

I was just saying what I knew of the situation :/ I clearly didn't know all the facts

But people shouldn't hate on her coz it has gotten blown out of preportion because of what been said
