Trever Polak (trvrplk) | 4 comments Lewis was a Welsh nationalist and a founder of Plaid Cymru, but he also wrote plays and novels. Of course he wrote them in Welsh, but I know his novel Monica was translated, and according to Wikipedia there's English translations of his Collected Plays and Selected Poems. He was also apparently nominated for the Nobel Prize in 1970 and ranked 10th on a BBC poll of Wales's greatest people.

Trever Polak (trvrplk) | 4 comments So I started Monica. It didn't grab me, though, so I'm not finishing it for now. If anyone is interested they can post here, but I'm not that enthusiastic about Lewis right now.
