Evelyn burst through the doors, gasping for breath. Her stomach heaved as the smell of the cafeteria's lunch went through her, making her gag. She looked around for some place to hide, to get over this with as few witnesses as possible. She hid around the side of the entrance and bent over, dry heaving noisily. She prayed that no one heard her or looked out the window she was under.

She knew that this was part of her choice, she had all sorts of books that her parents had gotten her and she'd devoured them and more from the library. But reading about and her doctor telling her didn't exactly prepare her for it very well. She moaned as she realized she'd never get to eat a pizza until her baby was born. That was going to suck. She loved pizza.

Collin stepped through the doors, his backpack hanging around his shoulder. One of the perks of being a senior that he was able to leave school early. Trowing down his skateboard onto the pavement, he put one foot on the board and the other tacking a long stride, pushing him off, and making his way out of this hell hole.

Collin turned his head over; noticing a girl bent over, looking to him like she was throwing up . His eyebrow rose, putting his foot down on the ground making him stop. His head jerked back a little from the momentum. “ Hey, are you okay?!” he called out trying to get her attention... If only he knew her name. So not some random person would respond to him.

Evelyn's head jerked up in surprise. Her breath caught in her throat and to her embarrassment, she started coughing. She pressed a hand to her chest and dragged in a ragged breath. "I'm alright," she gasped, clearing her throat. She could feel how red her face was. "I'm fine. I'm fine." She smoothed her hair back from her face. She had no idea what he might be thinking about her, so she blurted out "I'm not bulimic or anything or doing drugs..." She went even redder and buried her face in her hands.
