Goodreads is a site to catalogue your books and discuss them with others. It's not a site to obtain books. "Lets users track and rate books and network with other readers."

Also, this is not the way to contact Goodreads. Either post in the Feedback group or use the contact link on the help page.

Goodreads does not advertise itself as a place to acquire e-books but instead as a site where users can rate the books they've read, track their reading and discuss what they've read with other readers. If you're looking to acquire e-books join Amazon or Barnes and Noble, or Book Bub.
I find Goodreads a great site and use it as it was intended. It has opened my eyes to many new reading adventures that I would not have experienced without the site and the readers who are members.
