I really like the character Red on The Blacklist. Definitely an antihero. Can anyone recommend any books with a similar lead character?

There was a SF book by Alan Dean Foster that had a similar character. I read The Man Who Used the Universe a long time ago & remember liking it. It's probably a quick read.
