Enchanted Academy for the Magically Gifted [REVAMPING] discussion

Cane entered the class, took out the list of students who were supposed to come and sat down on her teacher table, crossing her legs.

"You're late...by five minutes. Explain yourself" Cane said in a perfectly smooth and stern tone. Despite herself she had to be careful not to let too much of her warm nature be seen. "Also, tell me your name."

"Well, if you don't know your way you can always ask me. I'll either be here or in the staff room, if you don't get lost going there of course" She said with a sarcastic voice. Then in a softer tone, "I'm Cane Lele, your maths teacher for this year. Seems like no one else is coming today, so please come forward and I can teach better"

Cane sat on the desk more comfortably. "Well, the other student in this class, Andrea, isn't feeling so well, thus isn't here. It would be a shame to begin without her. So for now, let's start with, interests, hobbies, likes, dislikes, favourite food, least favourite food, favourite music, books, people, and subjects...a basic introduction"

Cane raised an eyebrow.."Well, I don't necessarily mind" She cleared her throat, "Interests: reading manga, watching anime, reading fantasy novels, Hobbies: writing, playing guitar, singing, dancing, basketball, Likes: Demons, Dislikes: Merpeople, Food: Chocolate, Least favourite: Tomatoes, Music: Arctic Monkeys, RHCP, Adam Levine, Books: Inheritance Cycle, People: Not particularly anyone...yet, Subjects: Mathematics any day....your turn."

Cane laughs, "Are you sure about the exercise and burgers thing? You'll get fat, hmm piano? I've always wanted to learn that..."

Cane smiled, "Ahan? That would be really nice of you..whenever you would find the time to do that..." She then looked at her watch, "In a few more minutes we'll have to vacate this class, tell me the topics in maths which you are familiar with before then."

Cane looks at his confident expression, "Perfect, I have an assignment just for you then. It will test your skills in the course."

She holds out the assignment to him.

"Woah, that was fast for a high school student." She said mildly surprised. Now to see, if he actually did something worthwile, she checked the answers. "You did amazingly well. I wonder why you're wasting your time in a class like this. You could take up an honours course! In fact I've been looking for a research assistant...but I guess that's too soon for you..."

Meanwhile the bell rings and class time gets over.
((Let's continue somewhere else, how about a music room?"

"Haha, believe me, it will be fun. Well, the music room it is then" She said and let her excitement show on her face. "Let's go together or you might get lost" She teased him.

"Hey Alex" Cane smiled as he walked up to her. "I hope you understood everything in class today?" She asked even if she was sure he had.

Cane raised her eyebrow then she reciprocated the quick kiss. "Don't let me distract you from your studies" She said concerned

"Too casual" She complained. "I'm you'd teacher too. remember that." She smirked. "and I will most definitely check your homework"

Cane crossed her arms over her chest. She wouldn't be pushed around like this. "I'll just find a new research assistant, and who knows....He might be a guy....and I'll have to spend the whole day with him"

Cane smiled "Well now that that's established..wanna go somewhere? "

"Let's go have coffee" Cane suggested. After class she always felt like having it. It was relaxing.
