Did you receive any books on Christmas? Please share!

My husband and I do most of our reading on the Kindle. As a result, we don't usually ask for books. I like to keep paper copies of my absolute favorites. So, I asked for and received the deluxe pocket edition of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings in a box set. I'll also count the Amazon gift cards my husband and I got b/c part of them will be used on books.

I also gifted the Puffin In Bloom edition box set to my niece. She's an avid reader. I'll nurture that b/c I love sharing my love of books with my nieces and nephews.

I gifted the first James Bond book to my husband. And now I'm reading it before he does. With his permission of course.
