((Thanks))
Alex walked around the garden. Why was he even here. Sure the garden was beautiful but why would he want to get caught in a garden looking at flowers that is just so embarrassing. Alex continued walking hoping to get through the garden without being seen

Akilah was sitting on the stone bench under the vine trellises. She had a small knife in one hand and a chunk of wood in the other. She was carving something in the wood but wasnt sure what exactly it was becoming. She heard a faint rustling noise and jumped from her seat having been startled.
Alex noticed a girl sitting on a rock. He ducked out of sight hoping not to be seen. Why couldn't his sister Alyssa be here she could make them invisible but instead he had to be here and Alex sucked at his powers the weakest in the family and that's including their 5 year old sister

Akilah felt as if something had been watching her. She turned to the bush the sounds had come from with a cautious face. "Hello?" She asked quietly as she slowly inched her way to the bush.
Alex ran. Oh great why did she have to find me. I could just stop running from her and say hello "Hey" He stopped running and walked towards her. "Sorry 'bout that just didn't want to be seen in the garden you know it would ruin my image"

Akilah gave a hearty laugh. "Understandable." She grinned and hid the wood and knife in her dress. "Kilah, Daughter of Prince Aladdin and Princess Jasmine. And you are?" She asked holding out a dainty hand to her company.
"Alex son of the fairy godmother and some well...." he trailed off. "You don't need to know my dad now do you." He shook her hand "I'm guessing you aren't the type of girl who hangs out in the garden is that right sweetie pie?"

Akilah smirked and looked around her. She was in a garden. He was so right. "Yeah... Im either stuck in the Palace or out in the streets." She sighed sadly. Her life was very contained. "What about you? Why did you even come in here?" She chimed with a mischievous glint in her eye.
"Got a little lost" he muttered. "That sucks that your life was contained. Do you have any siblings?" Alex asked. Whenever he got nervous he asked that.

Akilah gave a reassuring smile that made practically anyone relax. "Yeah. I have a crazy 14 year old named Jack as my Brother." She joked giving a curious glance to him through her lashes.
"Oh well I'm sure he hated being contained then" Alex laughed at that thought "is he older younger or the same age as you." Alex asked. "I have to sisters Alyssa who is a total smarty pants and Alison who is a good dancer and really musical"

She laughed at his description of his sisters and flicked her stray locks over her shoulder. "He is younger. He likes to steal and plunder." She sighed giving a concerned rub to her forehead with her hand.
"So how old are you then?" Alex asked. "Siblings the same age as you are a pain. They know everyone you know, they seem to always know all my secrets and then tell them to all my friends, and on top of that some of my friends are trying to get me to set them up with one of my sisters or my sisters are trying to set me up with one of their friends. It never stops" He said

Akilah gave a sympathetic pout. She truly felt sorry for this poor soul. He didn't deserve that pressure. "I wish I could help you out with that. It sounds like you are quite the middle man." She joked to lighten the mood. "I'm 16 by the way. You are...?" She asked in return.
Alex smiled at her. "I'm also 16" He looked around hoping no one he knew would see him. "If you don't mind I would like to get out of the garden because we'll I'm not the garden type" Alex couldn't imagine if someone saw him especially if his sisters saw him. They would laugh so hard at him
Cole sat down at the edge of a fountain, staring at the flowers. He just wanted to visit the garden, just once. He quickly changed into a cat and stared at the water.
Cole sat up, still in cat form, and stretched lazily. He stared at Mekaru for a few seconds, then blinked and yawned. "Hey, Mekaru."
"You look happy today. What's up?" Cole asked, changing to a human again. He casually flicked a little bit of water from the fountain at Mekaru as a joke, a smile on his face.
Cole tried to defend himself but the water soaked through his shirt's sleeve. "Your aim is a little to the right," he said with a chuckle.
"Tiring. Thought everything's tiring when you're a cat," Cole responded. "What about you?"
"But how good? Like good good or good or happy good?" Cole asked.
"I'm tired good," Cole laughed. "I guess we're all good."
"So that's good," Cole said, with another chuckle.
Cole quickly shifted into a cat and stretched. "It's even prettier as a cat," he said. "You get to see things close up and in detail."
Cole lazily thrust his head under her hand for her to stroke. "You're a good petter. Your hand is soft and it smells fresh, like clean air, and chocolate." He grew a little embarrassed at saying that.
Cole purred a little and lay down, tucking his head onto his paws with his tail curled around him. "Scratch behind the ears, please. Or under the chin, your pick."
"Perfect," Cole told her, a smile on his feline features.
Cole languidly stretched a little. "You certainly know your way around cats."
Cole eventually curled up and shut his eyes.
