Hmmmm - the copy I have is not divided into 4 volumes. More research is necessary!

Okay - I think I finally figured out the breakdown of the Table of Contents. There seems to be lots of differing opinions about how this book can be broken down, so hopefully the breakdown I included in each volume makes sense.

Ugh! Another problem - I am having a hard time determining if the copy I have is unabridged or not - but every site I looks at doesn't say that it is - however, the chapter breakdown does not match the one I just linked. This book seems to be a mess!!

Anyone else ever encountered this problem with this book????

I have been seeing advertisements for the new War & Peace mini-series on A&E, Lifetime, History, and BBC One. It started a couple of days ago (rather timely for our pick) and looks pretty good. Now I just have to finish reading it first!
